With the Rubens project, Randstad Belgium has the ambition to replace the current hard- and software (exept the backoffice) with up to date technology. One sub project, Bluebox, encloses the development of an entire front-, midoffice and extranet application. Main motive for the project is the need for new functionalities due to an expansion of the core activities of Randstad. The company has evolved from a pure supplier of temporary workers to a total HR services supplier.
