Vedior Interim wanted to define a new global Business Blueprint standard for their new (to define) business applications. This new Business Blueprint standard included a pragmatic and usefull framework / business UML (UML 2.0 behavorial diagrams) / DFDs for high level modelling and a small project coaching (key analysts) for real life experience. Besides the theory new techniques were explained to get help in requirements gathering.
