Business Case writing
Writing a Business Case allows you to justify the investment and resources necessary to bring a change project to fruition. A Business Case is not a strictly financial document: it also tells you the what, when, where, how and why of a project, i.e.:
- Why is the project needed?
- What are the recommended solutions?
- What are the benefits of each solution?
- What will happen if the effort is not undertaken (the “do nothing” scenario)?
